Happy In Paraguay
I can’t believe it’s taken this long for somebody to come up with this idea. Impressively stupid, random, and hilarious.
Dog-tired
This video made me laugh. It’s a short clip about a narcoleptic dachshund named Rusty. YouTube Link
Nom Nom Nom
Why can’t I stop watching this? Maybe because it gets funnier each time. The song is by Parry Gripp, and Nathan Mazur did the animation, which is really was makes this video awesome. YouTube Link
Raaaaaaaandy!
Your have to watch this 2 part mockumentary about a comedian named Raaaaaaaandy. It’s actually Aziz Ansari’s character in the new movie, Funny People. He plays a terrible up-and-coming comedian, and it is the funniest thing in the world.
Awkward Family Photos
Forget those embarrassing family photos from your childhood. The portraits on Awkward Family Photos will make your old portraits look like Abercrombie ads. And as if the pics weren’t funny enough, the captions for each one really take them to that next level of hilarity.
It’s a Trap!
This is why you’re not actually supposed to play Mouse Trap. You simply build the contraptions and set them off over and over again until you’re bored. Playing the game only results in people getting hurt and me laughing. Just keep watching, it’s funnier the 10th time. YouTube Link
99 Seinfeld References
Seinfeld was the ultimate show for water cooler conversations. With a countless number of inside jokes, nicknames, characters, and story lines, it didn’t take long for the show to develop it’s very own social language. Now, thanks to Kiersten Essenpreis, we have a beautiful painting depicting a massive, heaping pile of these references (99 to be exact). And she even included a reference key! An excellent tribute to one of the greatest shows of all time.
Louis C.K. on Conan
Before this clip, I had never actually seen any of Louis CK’s material. But after listening to him rant about our spoiled generation on Conan for a few minutes, I have to give him my full endorsement. This is hilarious! (Note: There is a good chance this clip will get pulled by NBC, but for now I’ll keep my fingers crossed) YouTube Link
Tiny Art Director
A wonderful blog in which artist Bill Zeman is commissioned works by his very cute, yet very demanding art director. The twist? Bill’s art director is actually his 3 year old daughter, Rosie, who gives her over-worked artist little room for error. Aside from the hilarious project notes and conversations, Tiny Art Director gives a beautifully illustrated and unique look into the mind of an imaginative toddler.
They Came from Earth
Awesome ads for the SciFi Channel. My only complaint is that there are only three.
N64 Kid Remix
This is a bit of an oldie, but I had to post it for those of you that haven’t seen this yet. This is a YouTube remix of a video of a kid getting insanely excited about the Nintendo 64 that Santa just brought him. Now, typically I hate YouTube remix videos, but this one is just awesome! YouTube Link
See Mike Draw
I am totally hooked on the comics of Mike Jacobsen. I don’t typically get excited about internet cartoons, but Mike’s stuff is particularly hilarious. He’s got a great style too. Reminds me a bit of Gary Larsen (Farside). Be sure to check out each of his sites in order to get your fill: See Mike Draw, Urf, and Pencils at Dawn.
There’s a Monster in my Comic
Check out these comics (specifically the ones by Tom Gauld). I love the illustration style, not to mention the awesome monsters, creatures, and robots.
